Dear Prospective Parents and Students,

Thank you for your interest in Calvary Christian School of King. I look forward to the opportunity to serve you and your children.

Many ungodly influences confront children today that threaten to destroy them morally, spiritually, and in many other ways. At CCS we embrace the challenge to help parents train their children according to God’s Word “in the way [they] should go” (Proverbs 22:6). As you pray about where the Lord will direct you to enroll your child next year, please be reassured that, “Christian education really doesn’t cost ... it pays!”

When you decide that you are ready to start the enrollment process, simply work your way through each step below. (Click links below to print forms) If you have questions or you need assistance, please feel free to call.

May God richly bless you as you prayerfully consider how Calvary Christian School in King might help you meet your child's educational and spiritual needs.

Sincerely,

Bradley Nagel

Principal

The North Carolina Opportunity Scholarship program helps families in North Carolina cover the costs of private school tuition and fees. Opportunity scholarships may cover most, if not all, of your child's tuition.

SEAA will continue to make awards each month in the order applications are received. New applications may be submitted from October 1 through December 31, 2025, for a scholarship award to start with the spring 2026 semester.

The application remains open until further notice. Families that apply after the priority period are awarded in order of application date, as funds are available, after renewal and priority period applicants. We will notify these families whether an award can be offered.

Who can apply for the Opportunity Scholarship?

This program is available to any North Carolina student entering grades Kindergarten through 12.

How much money can be received?

Award amounts range from approximately $3,000 to $7,000, depending on the family's household income.

How can the funds be used?

The funds may be used to pay for tuition and other required fees at registered private schools.
